    Harvested in the Cederberg region of western South Africa, rooibos produces a low-tannin, caffeine-free infusion. Fermentation of the plant gives the red rooibos its characteristic colour. Vanilla rooibos offers a subtle harmony between two plants from the southern hemisphere. The smooth, rounded flavour of vanilla is combined with the smoothest of liqueurs.
