The Amici Arabica Selection are pure Arabica varieties, carefully selected, which are used in the traditional Amici blend. Each Arabica Selection has its own specific characteristics - the soil, altitude, rain, sun and cultivation method have a decisive influence on the aroma and body of the coffee.
The capsules in the Metodo Iperespresso (MIE) system prepare the coffee in two phases: during the hyper-infusion phase, a jet of water moistens the coffee powder, extracting the aromas. During the emulsion phase, the coffee flows through a tiny opening to form a splendid froth. Singlepack guarantees constant freshness and a perfect, creamy coffee in the cup. Thanks to the completely closed system, cleaning is kept to a minimum.
Each box contains 100 capsules packed in a single espresso grind with coffee from Colombia.
